Join an exploration of programming paradigms with me, a self-taught developer who plunged headfirst into the tech world and has become addicted to chasing those “aha!” moments that feel like they’re unlocking a whole new level to the way we think about code. Each new paradigm isn't just about syntax or theory; it equips us with a new tool in our belt, enabling us to see and tackle problems from entirely new angles.
In this talk we’ll try out imperative, object-oriented, functional, declarative and logical programming lenses, among others, through hands-on examples to demonstrate how these paradigms offer unique solutions and insights. New developers can expand their development tool belt together with me while more experienced devs might rediscover how vast their arsenal really is, as we explore how to select the right tool for the right job.
