Your privacy is critically important to us. At Banks Productions Pty Ltd (“Banks Productions”) we have a few fundamental principles:

Banks Productions operates the www.programmable.tech website (the “Service”) and runs the Programmable conferences in Australia (the “Events”).This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information of anyone who uses the Service or attends our Events.

If you choose to use our Service or attend our Events, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at www.programmable.tech, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use
For a better experience while using our Service or attending our Events, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number and address. The information that we collect may be used to contact or identify you.

We collect, hold, use and disclose personal information for the purpose of providing the Events and communicating with attendees. We use personal email addresses to deliver email messages about our Events. We also collect email addresses for a mailing list for marketing messages. This data is held by Active Campaign, based in the US, and subject to their privacy policy.

We use TryBooking for ticket sales and processing credit card payments. Data relating to this is held by TryBooking, based in Australia, and subject to their privacy policy.

We collect Users' personal data through different means, which are explained below.

Most of the personal data we process is collected directly from the Users. Banks Productions may collect following personal data in the process of providing the Service:

  • basic information such as name, company, address, email address and phone number;
  • information relating to the customer relationship such as bought services, their start and end times and information on their use;
  • billing information.

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

Retention and deletion
