Banks Productions operates the website (the “Service”) and runs the Programmable conferences in Australia (the “Events”).This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information of anyone who uses the Service or attends our Events.

The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. Information Collection and Use
For a better experience while using our Service or attending our Events, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number and address. The information that we collect may be used to contact or identify you.

We collect, hold, use and disclose personal information for the purpose of providing the Events and communicating with attendees. We use personal email addresses to deliver email messages about our Events. We also collect email addresses for a mailing list for marketing messages. This data is held by Active Campaign, based in the US, and subject to their privacy policy.

We use TryBooking for ticket sales and processing credit card payments. Data relating to this is held by TryBooking, based in Australia, and subject to their privacy policy.

We collect Users' personal data through different means, which are explained below.

Most of the personal data we process is collected directly from the Users. Banks Productions may collect following personal data in the process of providing the Service:

  • basic information such as name, company, address, email address and phone number;
  • information relating to the customer relationship such as bought services, their start and end times and information on their use;
  • billing information.
